You will receive a "Pre Arrival Register Form" 3 days before your check in time. Please fill in the form and send it back with the check in guest's photo ID. We will send the self check in instructions with the door code to your email 2 days before your arrival date if you submit the "Pre arrival register form" to us. For last minute booking (72 hours before your arrival date), You will immediately receive "Pre Arrival Reg Form". Please reply it as soon as possible to avoid any delay of self check in process

Your photo ID will be stored in the cloud. It is safe and secure.

If you could not access the register form. you can simply reply that email with the name of person will check in and attach the photo ID on your reply email

You will receive the self check-in instruction after you submit the "pre arrival register form". However, even if you forget to submit the "pre arrival register form", we will still send the self check-in instruction to you before 2pm on your arrival date after we collect the payment from your card. Please always make sure you provide the correct email address and double check junk mail box. We do not provide breakfast in our hotel, there are a lot of cafe around our hotel which provide delicious breakfast

This hotel does not have a lift. If you need to stay in the room on the lower floor. Please send the enquirer to us after you make the reservation . The enquirer is subject to availability.

You can take heathrow express from heathrow airport to London Paddington. It operates every 15 minutes between Heathrow and London paddington. The journey between London Paddington and Heathrow central (for terminals 2 & 3) takes 15 minutes. The journey on to terminal 5 takes only 3 minutes extra. You can take the central line or hammersmith & city line to Euston station. From Euston station to Russell square is around 10 mins by walking You can take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow airport to Russell Square directly. It takes around 1 hour.

Check in earlier or check out later are subject to availability. You can leave your luggage before your check in time (2pm on your check in date) or after your check out time(10am on your check out date) . Please let us know by sending the email to [email protected] with the information about what time you like to drop your luggage before your check in time / What time would you like to take your luggage after you check out?

We only deal with cancellation or amend the reservation for direct booking. If you book through any agency ( booking.com; hotel.com; HRS; Agoda; etc) you need to talk to them directly. We are strict on the cancellation policy. We will not give an exception for it. Therefore you need to read the cancellation carefully before you make the reservation. Please do not contact us to ask for an exception for cancellation policy after you made the reservation.

Metered parking from 8:30am to 6:30pm from Monday to Friday,8:30am to 1:30pm on Saturday. Free parking on single yellow line or metered parking from 6:30pm to 8:30am from Monday to Friday. Also free parking from 1:30pm from Saturday to 8:30am Monday Electric vehicle charging available on street. Overnight parking or whole day parking at NCP London Bloomsbury Square at Underground car park, Bloomsbury square gardens, London, WC1A 2RJ. It cost 19.35 for the whole day. We will pre authorize the card 7 days before your check in date. we will take the payment from your account on your check in date. Please make sure you have enough money in the account on that date. card declined will delay your check in process. We carry on self check in process and we will send door code to you after we receive the payment

It is preauthorize to check if the card is valid or not. Your bank is holding the fund at the moment, We will complete pre-authorization on your arrival date. You can choose to pay with a different card if you wish. In that case you need to inform us and we will not do completion on your arrival date, We will release your pre-authorization after you pay the room rent with your different card. You must let us know you will pay for the person who stays in our hotel without your present. We will send the third party authorization form to you. You are only allowed to pay to other people before you submit a third party authorization form attached with a photo of the front and back of the bank card.

Our room door is a high quality heavy fire protection door. Therefore you may need to close the door hard.

There is rarely no hot water. It may happen when everyone in the room is using hot water at the same time or someone continues to use hot water for a very long time. In this case, please stop running hot or cold water for around 15 minutes. The hot water will come back.
